Modern Farm began as a well-known Unique Urban Farm, venue and vacation rental located in the heart of the South East Valley. In 2021 the owner's Sean and Cyndi Cooke sold the property and licensed Modern Farm LLC with the AZ Registrar of Contractors (ROC #332710) so that they can offer their experience in residential design and construction to new and existing home owner. Sean has over 10 years of experience working in the custom home and landscape industry and has partnered in several amazing builds across the valley.

Sean was an incredible host... Sean was so easy-going and opened the property to us so many times... we had a couple acrylic signs that we had made that weren't working with the easels that we brought. Sean said no problem, grabbed some wood, cut it, routed out the middle, and MADE US STANDS for the signs that were absolutely perfect. Can you believe? He's such a good guy, and it's things like that that really make you feel like you're in the right place. Thanks again, Sean and family!
